Happy 10 Months

Nathan,
Today you are 10 months old. I never dreamed we would still be apart. I pray you are happy and being loved on lots, especially today. It will not be much longer until we are with you again. I get more and more excited every day! I can only imagine how different you will be this time. It is going to be so much fun playing with you!! I just wish we did not have to leave you. If there was some way, I would not! God has a plan, it is not our plan and we do not understand, but it is perfect. I pray that we will have answers soon and see the light and the end of this LONG tunnel so we can bring you home forever. We love you sweet boy and will be there soon!!!

getting no where... but soon to our son.

Well, once again our case is not moving. We are still waiting on the approval to get a new birth certificate. We were told this was expected to happen last week, but as of the case update yesterday- it has not. At this point I am speechless....

On to the better topic- our trip. We are getting anxious to go, but have not started packing. Things have been so busy, but I plan to pack real soon. I can not wait to hold my baby boy again and play with him! This trip is going to be so different than the first. Can't wait!!!

PLEASE PRAY!!! At this point, I am begging for our son to come home. I do not understand. It is beyond frustrating. God is in complete control, it is all in his hands...

We will be there soon big boy! We love you!!!!

Thank You Sara for the wonderful pictures, for praying over our son and telling him we will be there soon!!! So glad you had a wonderful trip with Kate!

These pics were taken last week while Kate's parent's were visiting her for the first time. Sara said that Nathan loves his walker and can go anywhere in it!! She said he liked to hang around the older kids while they were eating lunch, probably because he wanted more food;)!

She also said that one of the momma's walked by him and said "Es muy guapo", "You are very handsome" and then she squeezed his cheeks and he just beamed! He is muy guapo!!!! I can't wait to squeeze those cheeks myself!!!

We are past ready to get back down there. I just wish I did not half to do the leaving part again.
Please continue to pray that things will start moving again with our case so we can bring out little, BIG Boy home soon!

Update...

Well, it has been a busy long week and I am ready for Friday. I have been working a lot this week and now I am physically and emotionally exhausted.

We got lots of new pictures of Nathan and also got a case update this week. First the pics and health update: He now weighs in at a whopping 23.13lbs and is now 28,.5" tall. WHAT in the world are they feeding him?????? HE is HUGE!!! But I am very thankful he is healthy, other than he does have a cold and cough currently and is on medication. They said he is crying a lot and wants to be held. That breaks my heart!!!! It just makes the waiting even harder knowing that I am not there to comfort him when he does not feel good. I pray he is well soon.

As far as the case update, we did not receive much info and not much has happened. As a matter of fact nothing has happened. We are still waiting on favor to get the new birth certificate. Let me just say, the whole rectified birth certificate process is beyond frustrating!!! Those of you who have been through it or know some one who has know what I am talking about. It is pointless!! We have wasted so much time. April 17th will be 4 MONTHS since out KO for an error with the birth certificate and we have been trying to correct it and get back in ever since. God Help Us!
Please pray that we will get things going again and fast! Our baby boy needs to come home!! He needs us and we need him!
